Have you ever noticed how most concept house floor plans are designed to fit on a flat block? That may be ok for the majority of buyers, but now more than ever, there is a need for sloping house plans. Being that I live in on the Sunshine Coast in Qld, I am always actively researching all the latest land estates, and in our area, the majority are set on sloping lots. (more…)
